What are tokens?

Tokens are the unit that measures your AI usage. Every time Boltcall’s AI handles an interaction — answering a call, sending an SMS reply, following up with a lead, or processing a chat message — it consumes tokens. More complex or longer interactions consume more tokens. Your token balance resets at the start of each billing period. You can monitor your current usage at any time in Settings → Usage.
If you approach your monthly token limit, Boltcall will notify you. Upgrading your plan immediately increases your token allocation.

Starter — $549/mo

Everything you need to start capturing and responding to leads: AI receptionist, missed call text-back, instant lead reply, appointment reminders, and a reports dashboard. Includes 1,000 tokens/mo.

Pro — $897/mo

All Starter features plus a full lead follow-up system, SMS conversations, automatic follow-ups after jobs, and the website chat widget. Includes 3,000 tokens/mo.

Ultimate — $4,997/mo

All Pro features plus support for multiple locations and AI audits. Built for businesses managing several service areas. Includes 10,000 tokens/mo.

Enterprise — Custom

Tailored solutions for larger organizations. Contact our sales team to discuss custom token limits, SLAs, and dedicated support.

Annual discount

Paying annually saves approximately 10% compared to monthly billing. The annual prices are:
  • Starter: 4,941/yr(vs.4,941/yr (vs. 6,588 billed monthly)
  • Pro: 8,073/yr(vs.8,073/yr (vs. 10,764 billed monthly)
  • Ultimate: 44,973/yr(vs.44,973/yr (vs. 59,964 billed monthly)
Switch to annual billing when you sign up or from Settings → Plan & Billing to lock in the savings for the year.

Upgrading or downgrading

Open Plan & Billing

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Plan & Billing.

Choose a new plan

Review the available plans and click Select on the one you want.

Confirm and pay

You will be directed to the payment page to complete your subscription change. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your token allocation and features remain at the current level until then.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact support@boltcall.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and your access continues until that date.
