The first step collects your personal details so Boltcall can associate your account with the right workspace.

The second step tells Boltcall about your business. This information is used to configure your AI receptionist’s knowledge base and conversation style.

What happens after launch
When you click Launch, Boltcall runs the following in the background:- Workspace created — A workspace is initialized under your account to store all your business data, agents, and leads.
- AI receptionist agent configured — A primary inbound agent named
[Your Business] AI Receptionistis created and pre-configured for your industry. - Follow-up agent created — A second agent named
[Your Business] Follow-Up Agentis created to re-engage leads who haven’t booked yet. - Knowledge base initialized — A knowledge base folder is created and linked to both agents. It’s pre-populated with defaults for your industry.
- Phone number assigned — A local phone number is assigned to your account based on your country.
- Dashboard ready — You’re redirected to your dashboard where you can see everything in one place.
After the wizard
Once you’re on the dashboard, here are the most useful places to go next:- dashboard/agents — View and configure your AI agents, adjust their voice, and set call transfer numbers.
- dashboard/knowledge-base — Add your services, FAQs, policies, and any other information your AI should know.
- dashboard/phone-numbers — See your assigned phone number and configure routing.
- dashboard/analytics — Track call volume, lead conversions, and agent performance.
- integrations/overview — Connect your CRM, calendar, or other tools.
Your AI receptionist is live as soon as setup completes. If you’re not ready to take live calls yet, you can pause your agent from the dashboard/agents page.
