Go to boltcall.org and click Get started. Enter your email address and choose a password to create your account.If you already have an account, sign in at boltcall.org/login instead.

Complete the onboarding wizard
After signing up, you’ll be taken to a three-step setup wizard:
- Personal profile — your name, work email, and country
- Business profile — your business name and industry
- Review & launch — confirm your details and go live
Your AI agent is created automatically
When you click Launch, Boltcall starts building your AI receptionist in the background. This takes about 10 seconds. You’ll see a progress screen while the following happen:
- Your workspace is initialized
- Your AI receptionist agent is configured for your industry
- A follow-up agent is created to re-engage leads
- Your knowledge base is set up with your business details
- Your dashboard is prepared
Test your agent
Once setup is complete, you’ll land on your dashboard. From there you can:
- View your AI agent in dashboard/agents
- Review what’s in your knowledge base at dashboard/knowledge-base
- Check your assigned phone number at dashboard/phone-numbers
- Make a test call to hear your AI receptionist in action
Your AI receptionist is live immediately after setup. Any call to your Boltcall number will be answered right away.
Next steps
Once you’ve launched, here are a few things worth doing early:- Add your services and FAQs — Go to dashboard/knowledge-base and fill in details about what your business offers. The more context your AI has, the better it handles calls.
- Connect your CRM or calendar — Visit integrations/overview to sync leads and bookings with tools you already use.
- Invite your team — Add team members at account/team-members so everyone can see leads and call activity.
