After logging in, you land on the Boltcall dashboard. The layout has two main areas: a sidebar on the left for navigation and a main content area on the right where each page loads. The sidebar groups your workspace into four areas: Activity

  • AI Receptionist — enable and configure your 24/7 call answering service

  • Voice Library — browse and preview available voices
  • Knowledge Base — add the business information your agents use
  • Phone — claim and manage phone numbers
  • Chat Widget — configure the website chat widget
  • Analytics — call volume, lead data, and performance metrics

Dashboard home

The dashboard home shows a Setup Guide that tracks your onboarding progress. Each step links to the relevant page and awards tokens when completed. Steps include:

  2. Connect Cal.com
  3. Set up AI Receptionist
  4. Configure phone numbers
  5. Set up your knowledge base
  6. Test your agent
Once your first agent is active, a Talk to Your Agent button appears at the bottom of the setup guide. Click it and Boltcall calls your phone so you can test your AI receptionist live. Below the setup guide, a Feature Hub shows the status of each feature you have enabled, and an Alerts panel surfaces any issues that need attention.

Multi-location support

If your account has multiple locations, a location switcher appears in the top bar. Select a location to view and manage its agents, phone numbers, and analytics independently.
