How it works
- A lead comes in from one of the monitored sources
- Boltcall identifies the lead’s phone number
- An SMS is sent within seconds using your configured message template
- The AI follows up with qualifying questions if you have a qualification sequence enabled
- If the lead responds, the conversation continues automatically until they are ready to book
Setup
Connect your lead sources
Choose which sources you want to monitor:
- Missed calls — enabled automatically if you have a Boltcall phone number assigned
- Website forms — copy your unique webhook URL and paste it into your form platform’s webhook settings
- Facebook Lead Ads — click Connect Facebook and authorize Boltcall to access your ad account
Configure your message templates
Write the SMS your leads will receive. Keep it brief, friendly, and action-oriented. Templates support merge fields like Form submission example:Facebook lead example:

Enable a follow-up sequence to automatically ask qualifying questions after the initial reply. The AI continues the SMS conversation, gathers key details, and flags the lead for you when they are ready to book.

Copy your webhook URL from the Instant Lead Reply dashboard and add it to your form tool’s settings. Boltcall supports any platform that sends webhooks, including:- Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7 (WordPress)

- Custom HTML forms (via fetch/XHR)

Replies are sent within 5–10 seconds of a lead arriving. This is consistent regardless of time of day or lead volume.

Yes. You can configure a separate message template for missed calls, form submissions, and Facebook leads.
What if the lead does not have a phone number?
What if the lead does not have a phone number?
If a form submission does not include a phone number, Boltcall will send an email reply instead (if an email address is present). You can configure email templates separately.
Can leads opt out of messages?
Can leads opt out of messages?
Yes. Any lead that replies STOP is automatically removed from future automated messages. Boltcall handles opt-outs in compliance with SMS regulations.
